Rijeka Bijela nastaje od nekoliko većih potoka i izvora pod Hojtom (1672 m/nv) na Bjelašnici i pod Borikovcima (1577 m/nv) na Treskavici. Ukupna dužina rijeke je oko 12 km. Bijela je lijeva pritoka rijeke Željeznice u koju se ulijeva prije sela Kijeva. Visinska razlika od izvora do ušća je oko 600 m. Pripada Crnomorskom slivu.Nastavi čitati “Rijeka Bijela kod Trnova”

Vrh Hojta se nalazi na nadmorskoj visini od 1672 m. Smješten je jugoistočno od najvišeg vrha planine Bjelašnice (2067 m/nv), oko 4 km zračne linije. Na središnjem je dijelu grebena koji povezuje Bjelašnicu sa susjednom planinom Treskavicom. Greben je dugačak oko 8 km i pruža se u smjeru sjeverozapad-jugoistok, što je klasični dinarski smjer.
